Louisa Nkrumah

Louisa is an instructional designer and curriculum developer who strives to create engaging, collaborative, and transformative learning experiences. Louisa has worked for Rite Aid Corporation, and teaching and learning centers at Penn State University and the University of Maryland, College Park(?). She has eight years of experience working in higher education as an instructional designer providing support and guidance about course design and effective teaching. Louisa also facilitates workshops and dialogues around inclusion and anti-racism and has taught courses on storytelling, intergroup dialogue, and design thinking. 

Louisa holds a Master of Education in Training and Curriculum Development. She is currently working toward a Doctor of Education in Instructional Technology.
