Eric Grims

Eric is a producer, show director, project manager and stage manager with over 25 years experience in live events. Eric spent 5 years as the Technical Director for the Tony Award winning Signature Theatre before moving into AV production focusing on conferences, galas and social events. He began is work in the corporate arena as a lighting designer before becoming a project manager and account executive. 

Eric has experience in leading large teams in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations and thrives in collaborating with a wide variety of individuals and organizations. He has worked with groups like Deloitte, Kimberly Clark, the United Way, White House Communications, the National Black Caucus, the Smithsonian Institute, and March for Our Lives. Combining high-level expectations and strong interpersonal skills while focusing on integrity and morale, Eric is a service leader who strives to create a positive culture, believing that mission success is dependent on team success.

Eric has been adjunct faculty and an artist in residence at American University. He holds a BA in theater from Penn State University and an MS in Management from the University of Maryland.
